Last night of Nevada early voting showed #WeAreWithHer

Something beautiful happened last night in Nevada on the finally night of early voting. Massive amounts of Democrats turned out to vote led in large part by Latino voters proving once and for all that love truly does trump hate.

Throughout this election we have all had to sit back and watch as Donald Trump, the republican candidate for president, has insulted Latinos, Muslims, women, the LGBTQ community, the disabled, Gold Star Families, military generals and many others. I’ve been baffled as Americans have continued to support him.

He has continued to buddy up with dictators like Putin. He has complimented leaders of countries like North Korea. While the entire time I have had to be assaulted by his supporters over Hillary’s handling of emails. Really?

I’ve had to slam my head against a wall countless times trying to figure out what people weren’t getting until last night. The people of Nevada showed me that Americans have a soul. Americans know insulting people is wrong. Abandoning our NATO allies is wrong and kissing the rearend of a Russian dictator is unacceptable behavior by a candidate for President of the United States.

Trump thought running a campaign of intolerance and hate would carry him to the White House. Well, the giant heart of America has woken up to tell him and his following that we will not accept that. Latinos and the rest of the Democratic Party are turning out in droves to say we will not allow hate to run our country.

Trump was endorced by the official newspaper of the KKK. He was further endorced by the former head of the KKK, David Duke. He has called for a wall to be built between Mexico and the United States. He has said Mexico is sending rapist, drug dealers and more. He wants to ban all Muslims from the country and enter Muslims in a Nazi style database.

Last night’s voter turnout in Nevada showed that Americans are saying,”we are better than this!” It is giving me hope.

Please everyone keep voting. Keep telling your friends to vote. On November 8th, if you missed early voting in your state get to the polls and cast your ballot. It’s the difference between night and day and good and evil.

Vote for Hillary Clinton for our futures!
